Your videos are processed on your device. Google Play and RevenueCat handle purchase-related information to provide and restore the optional paid upgrade.
Did You Get That? is a video editing app that lets you create sports highlight reels from clips stored on your Android device. Everything — importing, trimming, assembling, and exporting — happens locally on your phone. We do not upload your videos to our servers. Purchase-related data is described below.
Did You Get That? requests access to your device's photo and video library solely to allow you to select clips for your highlight reels. You can also save finished videos and explicitly request deletion of a source video, subject to the device’s permission checks. We do not copy, transmit, or store your media anywhere outside your device.
We do not upload your video library or add a separate advertising or app-usage tracking service. The app does not ask you for:
There is no account system, no sign-in, and no registration.
App settings and project data are stored locally on your device using Android's standard storage APIs. App-managed files are removed when you uninstall. Copies saved to your gallery may remain. Your device’s backup settings may also apply.
Did You Get That? offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock Did You Get That? Premium. Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat verifies purchase records and manages access to Premium, including restoring purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles payment data.
We use RevenueCat for purchases. Its SDK uses an app user identifier and purchase information to verify transactions and maintain your upgrade status. Purchase history also supports RevenueCat’s purchase reporting. Purchase setup requires a network connection, even though editing and video processing happen locally. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy. When you choose to share a finished video, the receiving app handles that video under its own privacy policy.
The app is designed for people making sports highlights, including parents and coaches. Videos stay on your device unless you choose to share them. Only share footage of children when you have the appropriate permission. Contact us with any privacy concern about a child.
If this privacy policy changes in a material way, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
